1. Nature of Services
All services provided by Quadigy—such as content development, SEO, paid media management, brand consulting, and digital strategy—are customized and executed based on client approvals, retainer agreements, or project-specific contracts. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not generally offered once work has commenced.
2. Cancellations

Retainer Clients: Clients engaged on a monthly retainer may request cancellation by providing a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Work and deliverables during this notice period will be carried out as agreed.

Project-Based Engagements: Cancellations for fixed-scope or milestone-based projects must be submitted in writing. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and no refund will be provided for partial milestones or hours already consumed.
3. Refunds

Non-Refundable Services: Fees paid for strategy development, creative work, campaign execution, or any consulting services are non-refundable once the project has started or access to work/productivity tools has been granted.

Advance Payments: Any advance or upfront payments made for project initiation or resource allocation are considered commitment fees and are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of service non-delivery attributable solely to Quadigy, and only if no work has been initiated. Such cases will be reviewed internally and processed at our discretion within 30 business days.
